If you find you need to get out and find some fun, here is a link to a music guide in Chicago called Illinois Entertainer. They just upgraded their web site. I worked for a radio station and we listed our events in this.  BTW, if any of your friends are in rock bands I know where to send demos for radio play and know some people in major label companies. :)

I am just glad I live somewhere we ride all year long.  It was 90 degrees here today in Phoenix, AZ.

Guess you haven't had fun riding on ice then.

Honestly, it's probably the most fun that I have on a motorcycle.

I'm going to Gateway tomorrow.  Honestly, the season needs to end so I can get back to writing!
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

Yea, I do envy you for that, I would be riding too.  ;D

I've seen snowmobiles race on the Fox Lake in IL.  I was standing on the lake.

Do you really ride on ice? That's wild. If you do, take pictures and put them up, ok. Do you put spikes on your tires and how fast did you go?

Super Dave

Pictures?  Go to my webpage here and go to the bottom.  There's a picture of me on a TTR125.

No spikes.  Those are for European speedway bikes on the ice.  You use ice screws which are just glorified machine screws in the tires.  But it's enough that you can practically drag the handle bar on an MX bike.

I usually can ride on Delavan Lake in Delavan, WI at my Yamaha dealership...  http://www.sportsmanspark.net

How fast?  Depends on the bike and the corner.  I've ridden with Jesse Janisch on some tracks that we were tapped out in top gear.

Its time to go back to my first love V-ball.  USAV starts soon

Suzy

Volleyball? Is that V-Ball?  I shoot Archery, my mom was National Champion years ago, and I picked up the sport from her. I have thought about going back into competition next year, but I like racing more and schedules would conflict.  But if I go back to archery, I would like to try to compete in Olympics. There is no age limit for archery.   ;D

I really like to Downhill Ski during the off-season. I sold my snowmobile (sled) 6 years ago due to lower snow falls and all my freinds getting married and being forced to sell all their toys. If we happen to get some snow I could always borrow my brothers sled, but if we started getting regular snowfalls locally again (that didn't melt off in a couple days) I wouldn't hesitate to get another sled.

As far as indoors goes, I just built a gaming computer that totally kicks butt. This thing can play anything I have thrown at it with all the settings maxxed out and it doesn't so much as stutter during intense AI activity, that will keep me busy this winter.
