Development Project Manager
Norwood Builders

Location:       Naples, Florida
Salary Range:   Commensurate with experience
 
Role:
To provide highly qualified Project Management with all associated GM responsibilities for multi-site residential developments in Naples.
 
Education, Experience and Application Requirements

4-year degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning or related field is required
7+ years experience with all aspects of development including:
Zoning
Site planning
Consultant selection
Coordination of A/E
Budget, schedule and construction management  
Minimum of 3 professional references from previous employers or coworkers
Salary history for past 3 years
History of planning, development and construction achievement
 Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project due diligence
Entitlements and permitting
Identification/resolution of zoning and development issues
Procurement and management of consultant and construction contracts budget and schedule and overall project oversight
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with municipal staff and officials
Control sales & marketing efforts
 Skill Set Required:

High level of skill in: Microsoft Office Suite
Construction management software
Internet navigation
Ability to work with and within cross-functional groups
Loyalty, Trustworthiness, Flexibility
Impeccable organizational skills
