Hey now, that is stereotyping.  I raced a ducati for the whole season last year and I am just as broke as all y'all.

Read the quote...  (a) the wink  ;) gave it away as sarcasm and (b), I did note that they faired quite well from what I could tell.

However, from what I've also seen, the initial cost and race setup on the Duc is more expensive than the big 4 Japanese bikes.

I have to admit the first time I saw that new honda I wondered how many subrames and pipes I would need for the season.  Still an awesome bike!

And, just as this is published, word comes that Honda's Roger Lee Hayden has just crashed a new CBR600RR in the second horseshoe about 20 minutes into the morning session. Hayden escaped largely unscathed, but the Honda was not as lucky.

Yeah.  I sent a note to Mr. Ulrich mentioning the results that were posted on the Dunlop web site yesterday afternoon, and he replied to me telling me the news.  

Oh well, 1:53 is still fast for a 600.

LOL... if I could, I wouldn't be typing these messages, I'd be there tire testing right now on a factory ride.

Never raced Daytona so I have no clue where I'd be timewise...  Plus, remember, I'm *not* fast by any means...
