How long SHOULD it take to get them??

How long has it taken you to get them??

I haven't received mine from my Vegas cancellation in April.  Linda stated that they were sent to(can't remember where) for final processing.  Calls have been made and no response.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to call Tiffiney and have her check into it for me.  It's not her job and asking her just increases her work, but she seems to care more than others.

Sometimes you gotta do, what you gotta do.......

I got mine about 2-3 weeks after Autobahn North after cancelling from injuries.

I received mine on June 15th from a September VIR in '04.  I'm sure that's not normal, but just letting you know it could take a while.

You just opened a can of worms with me.  Ive had numerous phone calls about a charge to my cc on 6/20/05.  emails were sent and calls were made.  last week i was even told the refunded my CC.  well guess what....that was BULLSHIT because i called back a few days later and she didnt even know what i was talking about.  this company is HORRIBLE.  Customer service should be # 1...apparently with CCS it is at the bottom of the list.  And im sure if someone is to reply i will get the "how busy we are" BS.  pick up the pace and actually get the work done and guess what...you wont be TOO BUSY to refund a damn CC which literally takes 5 minutes TOPS!

9 months for a refund!!!    What a joke.

My buddy Joe Gill just received his refund from Daytona 05.  His refund took at least 10 phone calls and emails. He finally received it last week.  6 months after the event. He cancelled 3 weeks prior to Daytona. Here's the great part.  They sent him credit certificates. He paid with a CC and they refunded him credit certs. That must be a way to hold on to some cash.

Whenever I've needed a credit I've gotten in a timely manner, but I call and email at least once a week until
it's taken care of.

Just thought I'd chime in.

If he cancelled before registration of that event opened, he should have received payment in the same form it was given per CCS rulebook Sec 3.4.1 D

You got a refund from Daytona!!?? They told me absolutly NO REFUNDS for daytona. I made a 20 hr drive to the track took 1 session around the track for the team hammer practice and my dam bike took a major dump. I tried to cancel a day before and the day of registration and I got a big fat NO. I pretty much made a donation to ccs for over $250.00. Ouch that really hurt!!

Final cutoff for CCS pre-entry or cancellations is February 21, 2005. All entries or cancellations must be received in the Fort Worth office by that date.

This has always been the rule for Daytona. You didn't make a donation, you made a reservation for your grid spot that was non-refundable after the 21st.

Once again I will expalin the refund policy. All refunds are approved by my self or Kevin Elliott. And you should send your request to lindahipps@clearchannel.com or fax attention to me. Some I did not recieved and it was a long period of time before I could get the rider a refund given in a timely fashion.

1. All cancellations that accure at the race track must done at registration prior to the start of your race day the rider must take time to read the back of the the request form. You will forfiet your 1st race entry and recieve a $35 credit for all remaining entries. All refunds given from the race event are refunded in the form of credit slips.

2. F-USA same rules

3.Cancellation prior ro the event
All request must be emailed or fax to the Fort Worth office before the race event takes place. You will recieved a full refund minus a $10 adminastrative charge.

4. Last but not least on the back of the refund request it states that I have up to Four weeks to complete a refund.

5. I do travel so some need to bare with me if it happens to run over the four weeks then that means that I have traveled to a few events and I am running behind schedule. As far as some of the post refunds listed above a truly apologize.  CCE has certain policies that you and I have to go by it is not like the old days anymore.

As far as the refunds for Daytona or Homestead if I recieved your refund request before the pre entry cut-off date then the same rules apply as posted in #1 listed above. if I recieve your email or your fax after there the race or event has ran there will be no exceptions and NO refund will be given

I hope this will help all you riders understand the system that I am reqired to follow. If you have question please email or call the Fort Worth office.

Thanks
