Lone Star Track Days and 2003

2002 has been a great year! Our partnership with the CMRA/CCS has been a success as well. LSTD thanks everyone who has supported us and we are looking forward our 3rd year of bringing the motorcycle enthusiast the best track experience available. We held 13 track days in 2002 and are looking to do even more than that in 2003.

Since not everyone knows... LSTD offers the CMRA's New Rider's School curriculum as an option to its track day participants. Riders who successfully complete the riding portion of the course and CMRA?s written test, will be eligible for a CMRA/CCS racing license. LSTD is the only track day operation authorized to issue racing licenses by the CMRA and close to 50 motorcycle enthusiasts decided to take the class and go racing this year! Not bad numbers considering LSTD did not start the racing license cirriculum until passed the half-way point of 2002.

> Friday, March 14th @ Texas World (this is the day before the first race weekend at Texas World Speedway).

::: NEW FOR 2003 :::

Women's Only LSTD Riding School on Sunday, May 11th @ Texas World Speedway -- This is a great opportunity to have a girls day out... but on the race track! LSTD will also have female instructors who have participated in racing for years. If you know a women who has been wanting to experience the race track, but would like to ride with other women instead of the guys, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

THE JOHN HANER ADVANCED RIDING SCHOOL

We will continue our partnership with Haner and will be announcing his '03 dates very soon. Classes will be limited to 10 riders so this is a great opportunity to get one-on-one instruction from a proven champion like John Haner (he also really enjoys teaching as well).

NEW WEBSITE DESIGN -- LSTD will also have a new look. All the great info, but with a fresh design and consolidated information.

As usual, SECURE ONLINE REGISTRATION is open for our first two dates and the same will occur for the LSTD Women's Only Riding School soon.
