Thank you Brian...

Dave, I'm guessing you missed the 10P-6A comment I stated several times.

QuoteIs this like non smokers trying to get all the bars in an area to be non smoking?  But then when they get those laws past, the non smokers don't go to the bars that had the smokers anyway...

Nothing like it.  It's about being appropriate for the time and place.  It's about saying "sure, you can smoke at the bar at night, when it's open as a bar, but in the daytime when we convert it to a daycare, we don't want you smoking here as it's not really appropriate"...

Regardless, the point is moot though since CCS will not consider a regulation on it.  It's up to the tracks individually.

QuoteAren't we talking about a race track?  If it's too loud, hey, maybe a different sport like golf or croquette is better suited to some's taste.

...

I was going to keep quite here...
But at the last BHFs...

Sunday morning, I woke and walk upto the silo at pit in.
I was shocked at what I saw and HEARD!
Some "Tool" rolled in Saturday night, set up his Genny less then 15 feet from someone elses tent.

Not that big of a deal, except...
The generator ran all night, and it sounded like sh1t was about to rattle off of it.

These people came in...
With NO regaurd for the people in the tent...
And started their generator, so they co sleep in the nice AC trailer.

That was wrong. Racing or not

I would just go beat on the side of thier trailers and tell them that thier crap is to loud and ask if they mind if I shut it off while trying to sleep.

I dont run mine at night... and have been to every event this year and have not had a problem of people being that inconsiderate... so I think you guys are kinda blowing the problem out of proportion a bit ???
