Barber race weekend

Why are so many races ex &am at barber?  This could be red flag city. Why the change? it was not this way last year.  Was this change put in place as a result of the team chal issues from last year.

they are trying to save time., so all the races fit in the day ., just like why the team challenge is first thing instead of end of the day.,.
