Truth be told, I think all my friends just crashed so I wouldn't feel so bad about not having enough money to ride!  (However, considering the carnage, it might have been cheaper if they'd just taken up a collection and entered me in something...)
(Of course, Ike tried to do exactly that, but I wouldn't let him....)
Screw it.  I stayed busy.  Sometimes it's good to have friends, and sometimes it's good to have the chance to be a friend.  Anyhow, I got paid.  MJ gave me a SWEET takeoff, and Ed gave me a lighter spring.  Took my SV to the STT day, and she sticks a lot better now!  Thanks guys!

But it was an increased FAN BASE for us all, and they ALL really "dug" the whole thing!!!
