I dealt with the same crap at the FUSA event at Summit last year.

Only problem was it was pouring out and I was trying to see down the straight-away and deal with fogging, NOT looking 20 feet up in the air at the starters box for a possible meatball and eventual black flag.

Dat's racing.  Any other sport it's "that pitch was outside" or " Are you nut's 2" and you're not calling a first down". Didn't even look at the vid and know you got shorted. It happens, even when officials are doing their best. Karma, it'll help you down the road. The racing gods owe you one.

I just wonder how many officials must say that a racer jumped the start. I cant find anything that says this in the rulebook.  ??? With "the other org" it takes two officials to declare a jumped start, if only one sees it then its not an infraction.

Yeah, I got ag reat start and flew by Sean Wray (first row, bright orange/white bike) maybe making it look like I jumped, but in reality I just got a great start and he kinds bogged.

Yeah, I should be at Autobahn for USGPRU.
