Out here the air temp is currently 101.6 and rising, not even 1 o'clock yet.  Granted, the humidity is only 23% right now, but that will go up a bit too as the afternoon clouds build up.

I don't sweat....

... so on hot days it's sitting in the house with the air on or walking around with a squirt bottle filled with water, constantly soaking myself down.

If not..  Then

MAM in July of 2003 was brutal for me.  I was sick for a day and a half then when I was feeling better it was walking into the bathroom every hour to soak my t-shirt down.  The boys made sure to share every wet t-shirt joke they had....   :-/   ;)
