How goes it @ Summit Pt?

Er...almost correctly.  I'm the one asspacking Bill Davenport and running off in T5.  Tore up my front fairing, rotated my clipon on the fork, and brent his exhaust into a VERY high exhaust mount.  :-)

(All this after being hit in T1 on the restart initially.  

Plus John Morgan was the amateur who went down in T10 when another amateur took him out evidently.  

But hey...my bike looked better than Art Diaz's.  DOH!

I was in the 1:29's boyeee and consistent 1:30-31's!!!! We woulda had fun chasing each other!!! There was about 5 or 6 of us that were chasing each other around the track at that speed which made for some fun and exciting races.

crap...now I'm gonna have to break out the can of yellow plate SV whoop-a$$! ;D

It was a VERY good weekend, hope everyone is ok that went down in the fusa thunderbike race at t10. I'm just glad the bike held up this weekend. see yah all at VIR in June.  ;D

What happened in the race that caused the crash in turn 10 and when did it happen.

From what I was told the crash happened right behind me. Bill Davenport was in the 3 bike wreck and he told me that one guy high sided HARD in front of him, but he could not avoid the flying bike so he then ended up hitting it along with another racer that got ran over by another racer. It went something like that I was told. We were red flagged for a good 10 min, after that it was gravy.

ah, the telephone game....well i was there and it unfortunately went like this.....bike 90 i think high sided at the apex of ten and i immediately hit him square in the pelvis....the 3rd rider involved hit his bike....this after witnessing diaz'z helicoptering bike while simultaneously getting a keener enema----yes an exciting weekend... can anybody with any info on the guy i hit pm me and let me know how hes doing and if possible how to get ahold of him...( please check with him/his family 1st to make sure its ok to post here). a fun weekend even with the carnage.... dr. d.  hi pete ya missed out on a good one.
