Yeah, it's all gone.  All the concrete was ripped out.  The five layers of asphalt was ground down to a flat surface, a special fabric underliner that keeps pavement from buckling under hard acceleration and braking was installed, and then the new pavement was put down.  

The layout is exactly the same except for the extention of the pit road.  When I walked it, it looked different because of the uniform color of one nice piece of pavement.  But if you look close, you can see the minor little imperfections of the little curbs at the exits, etc.  Those are all still there.

It will be nice.
