That seems reasonable.  For special considerations like that, we will have to talk with Brian, as he will be the regional rep making your payout.  Maybe you could guarantee him your mid season service if he starts you out on the contingency program.

We will pay all National Classes, and at regionals we will pay for LtWt Twins, MW SS, HV SS, and Open SS.

And yes, we will pay Amateurs as well!!!
