Could I get away with it on the track, and if so what/where would I go to get it done (in Illinois)

I got the need for more speed!  What can I say  ::)
A turbo just seem like a good all around upgrade for the track to me.  Plus It would be cool to Pass a Pro/ Factory guy even if I don't win, It would give them something to think about anyway.  (I could just see the expression on their face.)

Well, per the CCS rules, turbocharging is only allowed if the OEM system is used (and I have yet to see anyone running a CX650 Turbo in a CCS race).  Supercharging is banned all together.

Well, it doesn't work real well for a road racing bike.  Was tried in the original FUSA series a long time ago.  The turbo spools when you don't need it in the corner and it makes it really hard to ride.  Still, I doubt that you'd have the HP of a stock GSXR1000.  And then there'd be the heat and compression problems, reliability.

Nitros would be easier.

Yeah, what's up with Dean?

Wanted to stop by that new place he's at and harrass him...  But they were closed the time I went by.

Who knows?! If I need to talk to Dean, I just call him or stop by his house. You live near him don't you? I think he said you live just up the road a bit. You ought to pop in on him sometime and give him some crap! lol Check out his new toy! Just picked up a Yamaha dirt bike.
