I got a set of flatslides for my F3, but they don't have a provision for the TPS (throttle position sensor). I'm thinking they're really for an F2. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to bypass the sensor? I don't know what the TPS controls, I'm thinking ignition advance, so maybe I could put an F2 ignition on? Any help would be awesome!

I would schedule some dyno time, I would test it for several configurations:
with and with out the tps plugged in.
Also I would try some runs with the tps plugged in and try different differnt positions to see if any gains could be had.

Not only check WOT, by put it under a load and check partial throttle too. Use a Dynojet model 250 dyno with load control.
