Why not use a steering dampener?

You're right.  It is an impotent question.  I think you need a steering damper to dampen the steering.  Unless you want to make the steering wet in which case you'd want a dampener.

So is Water Wetter a dampening agent?
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
