just bumping this up.....I know someone had to see what happened

I saw nothing but the aftermath of that one.  I was out there with you and the red flag came out when I was somewhere towards the back side of the track.  Glad to hear that you're ok (sort of).  Hopefully your wrist will heal quickly.

Erick, it was great talking to ya at Roebling, and thanks for encouraging our new racer Ricky, am#527, who wadded in turn 4.  It meant a lot to him, and after a lot of folks helped rebuild the bike, he made it out again during your race.  He said it looked like you came in hot, not sure if another bike got your line, but you ended up launching off the embankment into the woods.  Needless to say we were all pretty concerned when he came in and told us, then we found your bike lying in the grass next to tec, and when we caught up with ya at the ambulance...lets just say you didnt remember where you were pitted...or what planet you were from.   We figured it out and got the bike back and helped get her loaded on your truck.  I hope the wrist heals quick and glad to hear the bike is not as bad as it looked.  It really helped me get back on the track after my wreck by hanging around other racers and coming to the events, so don't be a stranger.  Heal up fast bro, and thanks again for standing by Ricky.  Art.

embankment huh???  yeah, no wonder I don't remember.   I have no idea how I blew the corner that bad.  I was doing really well braking deep into t1 and catching guys there.   maybe I got light headed from the heat....scary thought, but it is possible.   I am just glad I didn't take anyone with me.

if anyone has any other info at all, please post it up.

art, thanks for the words and the picture you left for me with greg.

Bro,

I'm glad to hear your okay..!!  I spoke with you several times throughout the weekend, usually looking at the scoring board and grids (Jamie, #42, short goofy kid....).  ::)  I didn't see the actual happenings, but the grid just bunched up in T1.  I hope all is well and let me know if you need any help getting the bike and you going.  Tell your buddy #818 thanks for showing me around, Roebling a pretty cool place I'll have to make it back down that way!

Take care,

Jamie...

Sorry bro..  The pump I had was with a super nice guy, Joshua Henry!  I launched my bike on the first start, got off good, and found a crowd going into T1, I was on the white line to the left, elbowed Joshua and his windscreen going in, then snapped the bike down.  We came through, I saw the RED Flag and immediately went over and apologized to him in the "Hot Pit".  Being the cool guy that he is, he just thanked me for giving him the room I did and taking a chance going wide rather than forcing him down.  Good kid!!

Sorry that doesn't help you, but just take some time, if it doesn't come to you, chalk it up and get going again.

Cool..??  I hope all is well and take it easy bro!!
