I've got a box with 2 shiny new Racetech emulators in it :) Also have springs and preload adjuster caps...
I've been told that the best way to install is to drill the holes in the damper rods to 10mm and weld the rebound hole shut.
The Racetech manual says to drill the holes bigger, add 2 more holes and leave the rebound hole alone.
Would anybody like to add a third setup to the list?
I'm going to try 20wt oil too. I'm going to try the emulators a their stock setting but if anyone can tell me where a good baseline is I'd appreciate it.
The bike is a 2002.
Nevermind...
It turns out I asked this same question with my last SV650...
