What's a good lap time for someone running a lightweight bike like say an SV or 750SS Duc?
I get butterflies just thinking about racing there. It'll be my first time so if you have any advice and or things to look out for, I'm all eyes. :D
Hmmm...2:15's for an amateur on a supersport SV are decent. I think the amateur national champ in a couple of classes was doing 2:08's. (But he's about 120 lbs soaking wet.)
Are there any shower stalls at the track to use?
Ricky, they have a biga$$ pond. Will that work? :D
Well only if they'll let me bathe in it. ;D
Yes hey have showers in the paddock. In the bathroom near the tech shed area.

2:15 would an excellent time for anyone on a LW bike. 2:08 though, would be someone on a fast SuperSport or a SuperBike. There were lots of guys turning those times during the Daytona 200 race.
2:08's in the 200? I didn't think keener was in that race. ;)
