I am interested in buying a stock GSXR 600 shock. I plan on putting this on a Bandit 400. I have been told that it will fit. Can anyone back that up? Thanks - Johnny mrmotobmw@yahoo.com

I don't know if it will fit, but that is only half the problem.

Is the damping and spring rate appropriate for the bandit, if not you will need to purchase a spring and have the damping changed.
