Title: The Sophisticated Soopah Dave!
Post by: Thingy on May 12, 2003, 10:35:59 AM
I know it was over a week ago, but I wanted to post a few images from our trip to Sears Point..er..Infineon.  From a racing standpoint, it was a long weekend with lots of rain.  However, we had a fun weekend and we got to see Dave's cultured side when we went wine tasting.

Here is the link for all of the pictures at the Safety First Racing site.  http://www.safetyfirstracing.com/photos/infineon.htm

And Sooper-Dave says: "Tastes like a mouth full of rocks"...

An actual quote on a "recommended wine" from Wine Spectator. That issue gave me giggles for a week! ;) :D ;D

Oh, no.  It was a very good arid, dry wine.  Very good.  Can't remember the name of the place, but it was good.

I'm hooked on the Shiraz wines from SE Australia.  Haven't found one that I didn't like yet.   :)

I'm sooooo out-classed.  Either that or I am just cheap.

Pass the Boone's Farm, please.   ;D
