Section 3.4.5 B On Track Regulations
"Any rider, who appears to be deliberately blocking another
motorcycle attempting to pass, including weaving, will be penalized
or disqualified. This is a judgment call by the Referee and is not
protestable."
Was wondering....would this be a legal move, exiting last turn of a track rider A is followed closely by rider B. Rider A exits wide, but swings to inside of track which inevitably blocks rider B from coming alongside rider A on straightaway to try and outbrake rider A into turn 1. Sort of like below...

It would be a legal move because they move towards where the pit board is located for easier reading. If it weren't so the rider B would stay wide at the edge of the track since it is the shortest distance before the next turn.
Most orgs also define "weaving" as more than one move, so off the corner swing to the inside....one move....
In the Learning Curves Race School, we define weaving as the move over, move back, and move over again. You are allowed to move over, and to move back "on line". This is considered a legal move. Also, any movement of your body attempting to impede the other rider, kicking, swinging an arm, is considered illegal.

Many times on my exit of a corner I will be at the edge of the track. The move towards the inside is a matter of safety to get away from the edge of the track for the entire straight.
