Title: What tires for the class
Post by: ramoszx12r on February 13, 2012, 07:47:34 PM
I am running in the amateur class. I have an R1 so I think I will be running  unlimited and GTO.
My question is can I use sleeks. Or what every one is using.
  Thanks in advance. :thumb:

Yes you can use slicks.  You can use slicks in all the Unlimited classes except superstock.

SuperSport and Sportbike classes require use of DOT tires.

Similar name in our pro series but slightly different rules. Superstock does allow slicks and has since its introduction to the ASRA pro series 6(?) years ago. Superstock was introduced with rules similar to AMA Superstock at the time.

The class rules start on page 30.  Read carefully.
