Ok,doe's anyone know if you win a class championship at BHF in Yellow plate, doe's that championship get you bumped to white plate?? Even if you don't have 400 points,I thought a championship gets you bumpesd...thanks in advance..
Are you talking about a CCS class championship? If so, then the answer is yes- you bump to white if you win a class, regardless of points. If it is a local club run championship, and CCS is not affiliated, then no.

SMARTASS! LOL I've never been to BHF. And honestly- didn't know if their track championship was CCS affiliated or not. I know there are a few markets that have certain races that others don't. Thought it might be one of those....so, nyaah, Ben!
Thank you Sir,yes it is CCS.....don't listen to Benny,he didn't even show up the last 2 events...where the hell were ya??
Well now that Jigs has asked the question, cause he is referring to me
I would like to know who to petition to stay yellow plate one more year?
I only raced 3 events. I just got lucky cause not to many race HWSS.
I just feel I could use more experience before going white plate.
Thanks
no. a track championship should not get you bumped up without the points. if it does just write a protest letter to ccs and you should be fine. everyone is granted 1 "freebee" protest ....unless you are the exception to the rule
I believe if you won a regional championship you would be bumped regardless of points earned, but not with a track championship.
does CCS notify the riders that get bumped from amateur to expert or do we just have to figure it out? i remember a bump up list pretty soon after the ROC last year. figure i'm bumped.
