does anyone have this burned to a DVD that they can send to me?  My wife was supposed to Tivo it for me but Martha Stewart was more important it seems.

I've got it saved to the DVR at work, but how do I record it to say a DVD?? HD too

need to have a DVD burner attached to DVR.

You will not burn it in HD unless you have a BluRay or HD-DVD burner.  You can take it directly off the box, but only on some model DVR's.  ScientificAtlanta's/Motorola's have proprietary file systems that cannot be mounted by a PC.
