I'm guessing if you wait long enough no one will be able to attend because they cant make one day in advance plans.
The banquet date has already been set.
The special question I was looking for was about next years race schedule. In past years it has gotten real frantic with people acting borderline silly because info on the schedule isn't out yet. Usually the panic posting starts setting in long before this.
I do understand that some people get locked into having to bid their vacation time for '08 long before the end of the year. And not knowing the schedule 'for sure' makes life difficult!!
vacation dates are already filling up the calendar at my place of dread. Sure would be nice to know what days I need to fight for.
18 years seniority and I still can't get a vacation between mid May and early Sept. 5 weeks of vacation as long as I don't mind taking it in March or November.
