I need 3 fasteners to get my lower on and can't find them around here. Does anyone at the track carry them or does anyone have 3 extras that they'd like to borrow me for a couple days? Just need the clip part, not the backing. Thanks.
Doubtful a vendor will have them this weekend. I think I may have some floating around my junk box. I can`t check tonight but look me up tomorrow and I`ll check. I`ll be there 8:30 ish (16 expert usually pitted on tech road) :thumb:

The grammar police say that the word you're looking for here is LEND or LOAN.
No one can "borrow" you something. You would be the one borrowing. They would be the lender. Hence when you go into a bank to borrow money, you are seeking a LOAN, not a BORROW. And they are the LENDER not the borrower (which would be you!).

Well, you're partially correct. If the 'h' is silent as in 'honor' then it would be 'an honor.'

Actually, "an historic" is proper at times, depending on the noun following the adjective. ie: "We are on the eve of an historic event."
The a/an should be used towards the noun, not the descriptor.
