Title: Tigcraft racers
Post by: firebolt on July 31, 2007, 09:59:32 PM
This is gonna sound real vague, but I do not remember their names. There  were two guys that showed up in Loudon last season, with two beautifully prepared Tigcrafts. Both works machines, with 720 Yamaha power. Then, they were gone! Anybody know who they are? And more importantly where are those real slick machines. Regards, Dan

Well, there were a couple of guys from Canada with them years ago.  MZ used Tigcraft to help design the frame for the MZ Skorpion Cup bikes.  They were originally 660cc single engines from what was, I believe, the XTZ660 Yamaha.  The Raptor ATV uses a similar engine.

One of the MZ guys with a tricked out one was from the Northeast.  Usually, he raced AHRMA.

I was at Loudon with my Tigcraft and my buddy had the other one.  He sold his last year and I am getting ready to sell mine due to a back injury last year.
