well its along story
to summarize it
after I no longer coached for them due to a difference of opinion
i signed up as a member after a few months just for shits and giggles but there is a certain person who i wont mention any names..
but anyway she is someone who can dish it out but cant take it
and also no sense of humor and didn't like what i had to say
(so i guess i was kicked out of the same club twice)
HAHahha... You are funny Gary! I know who you are talking about!
Ok, so tomorrow when I get paid, I shall follow your footsteps... Did you get into the advanced group? Did you sign up by faxing your app or doing it online? I dont think the online app allows you to sign up as advance. But the print out form that you fax has the advance check box. I will fax mine tomorrow so I can get into the advance group (hopefuly)
you have to sign up as intermediate then when you fax or email your race license to them they will move you up to advance group
thats what i was told when i called the, today

Is an expert licensed required to be put in advanced?
yes, you have to have an expert license or be evaluated to be moved to advanced.
I passed everybody in intermediate 2 track days in a row and ran lap times faster than half of advanced and they still wouldn't bump me. *shrug*
I did Nesba at Putnam last year and it was very well run. I had to work my way out of intermediate which was a drag riding in, but once I got bumped up I had a blast. They said if I would have told them I was CCS expert I could have bumped up immediately, so that was my own fault.
I have been to Cycle Ops, STT, MCRA and Nesba and liked them all very much.
I'm laughing really hard right now..................

you can get bumped to advanced with out even having a race license

what ever could you be laughing at?

This is correct. I have 4 friends that are A group & don't have a license, they started in I group & got bumped
They will bump you to A if they deem you deserve it, regardless of race license. But they will let you move straight into the A group if you hold an expert race license. Long ago when I rode with them I wasn't that impressed with how they decided who should be bumped and who shouldn't.
I did it too!! I joined nesba yesterday!
News flash************ If you haven't signed up for July 8,9,10. you better do so soon! Slots are filling fast. "A" group may be sold out,if not it's damn close. So get your chit together & get cracking :finger:

gee u are tring hard to not allow me to offer u a ride next year aren't you? :-p
btw gary the only certain "she" who has the power to kick you out of tpm is no longer at tpm.
and it is a little problematic for my rider to be talking about joining nesba since I now am in a certain position with tpm... :)
anyway, carry on, but Gary is your gripe is with her or with tpm?
Hey Dafan how have you been?
I have no gripes with anyone there was no problem with TPM
(Linda is just an oxygen thief along with her best buddy)
but no no problems with TPM
and as far as Krishna joining nesba unless your going to give him a full ride next year. he should be able to ride with who ever he wants and if thats the case what if the trackday before the race require a nesba membership and TPM never goes to that track should he sit out practice?
Gary lets go celibate! Meet you at Ryan's Pub :)
