First you pull that 18 wheeler over to the side of the road...
Then you upload the pic to www.photobucket.com or some similar host site. Then hit the Image button that appears right under the italic letter I and paste the address of the pic that's on photobucket between the image button's bracket thingies.

Or you post a new thread and click that little arrow by ADDITIONAL OPTIONS at the bottom and attach photos directly.
If you are replying and wish to attach photos this way, you must CLICK REPLY, not use the "quick reply" box at the bottom of the screen.
