Do you want exact numbers or do you want us to shoot from the hip? You can find out how many riders were there by counting how many names are on the results page. It would be fairly safe to multiply this number by 2 or 3 to determine the approximate number of spectators since each racer brings a couple with them typically.
Why didn't I think of that!?!
However, the mutliply by two for spectators is probably inaccurate 'cause, at least with the AFM, it varies dramatically from track to track. Say, at Sears Point it's more of a factor of 4 to 5 and at the "away" tracks it's closer to two.
...Still, that's good enough for me!
