Title: Rulebook Ads
Post by: Ryan_Hoyler on January 10, 2006, 11:59:38 AM
The 2006 Rulebook deadline is approaching fast. Anyone interested in a year-long ad to promote their business or race team just needs to contact ryan.hoyler@ccsracing.us .I will fax the insertion order to whoever needs it. The insertion order has  ads starting at $250 for a half-page and full-page ads at $400. Each rider will recieve a rulebook. Either way you will get a full race season of advertising for under $500.

Just send me your fax number and I will send you more information.

Is every licensed CCS racer going to recieve a rulebook this year?  What is the timeframe on that?

Ryan:

Yes, each licensed racer will receive a rule book....

... but is it being mailed to each license holder or will they need to pick up up from the track like past years?

Rulebooks will be available at the track. Or you can request it mailed to you for the cost of postage. Postage should be around $2 or so.

Makes it a lot less appealing for advertising since it isn't being mailed to everyone.

All right, I think I may have led folks astray, in an attempt to clarify I have created confusion. I meant to explain that not necessarily all licensed riders will receive a rulebook by mail. Below is a basic rule of thumb explaination of how the mailing of the rulebook will work from now on.

Licensed riders that sign up early enough in the season will recieve a rulebook - one time big mailing to those already signed up as of mailing in early Feb.
As licenses come in through the mail the rulebook will be mailed along with thier license.
Riders that get thier license at the track will get thier rulebook at the track.
Extra Rulebooks can be made available by mail at the cost of postage.
