Title: Overflow into airbox?
Post by: EM JAY on April 11, 2005, 06:54:14 AM
Thought I remember reading somewhere that you can route your coolant overflow into the airbox.  Positives vs. Negatives?  Anyone do this?

The coolant overflow vent tube can be run straight into the belly pan...

Into the airbox would be fine as well...

I would not run the coolant overflow vent into the airbox - unless you want to run water injection on your engine.

I assume you are talking about venting your crankcase ?

You dont want coolant in your airbox  :o
