Anyone know who I can call to get a contingency package, i.e. stickers etc for pirelli contingency requirements. BTW Who is the midatlantic region trackside vendor for pirelli.
Thanks,
Bob
What's the point? Dunlop is the only tire company that consistantly pays out contingency to its riders.
www.ccsracing.com should have contingency information. Stickers and patches can be obtained trackside..
I've had no problems with the Pirelli contingency program in two seasons of racing on them (5 regional championships and one national Team Challenge championship).
Bob, go to:
http://www.us.pirellimoto.com/paddock/us_road_racing_contingency/road_racing_contingency/index.htm
You'll find plenty of info about authorized trackside distributors and the Pirelli contingency program.
I only had 1 minor problem with my contingency, but it was resolved quick. Other than that there tires are the shiznit! Pirelli ROCKS!! ;D
Thanks for the help.
And as for stickers, the tire guy usually has plenty of them at the track, so you can get them on the day. And if you can't get them from him you can track me down - I've got extras.

Huh?
Any more, they all do. I believe that Michelin pioneered the contingency money programs for tires through "Bib Bucks" programs that go way back...
Year to year, they will change depending upon each individual companies needs and wants.

Yeah, what's that about? Check your facts. Michelin, Pirelli .. even Bridgestone ..
