We've got a few years before it goes through appeal. Y'all know how the process works. :P
FYI-This wouldn't affect your entry fees or CCS as a whole.
I just took a look at their balance sheet (Ticker: CCU). Looks to me like they are solvent enough to deal with this, as well as a sustain long legal battle before anything is ever paid out.
Likely, this will settle a long time from now, for something far less. JAM needs the cash far more than CCU, and CCU has the firepower to keep fighting, which will bring JAM to the table for a smaller settlement.
CCU will end up paying, but it seems manageable.
I can't see how this has any effect on CCS entry fees. CCS is such a small part of the CCU revenue stream. I can't even find a reference to the Motorsports businesses in their SEC 10-K Report which was filed on March 5th.
I was going to say that I didn't think CCS was CCE's big money maker! That's just funny. ;D
I know, i know... I just had to throw it out there as bait...
If a $4.5 BILLION accounting charge back and a basic modification on how they structure advertising contracts doesn't get anyone real excited, then I think they'll be ok on this lawsuit.

I couldn't find anything either, thought I was missing something but I guess not. No real surprise.
