Title: 2004 Gsxr 600 questions HELP
Post by: smoke on March 20, 2005, 05:25:11 AM
1. I am ordering the book on Monday
2. the bike was beat upina crash but I like working on crahsed bikes cause I get to bond with my new woman.

Ok.. I get the tank up and go to un plug the fuel pump and I wiggle the cord and the whole head moves. I mean the airbox and head under it moved.  I pulled out the flash light and the whole head unit is not connceted.  Am I F&&&&*&)ed?

Maybe, maybe not. Take it apart and find out what might be broken. Doesn't sound promising, but I know we've worked on what appeared to be a bad situation and found it to be something simple. Good luck.

Thanks...

I had a few beers and figured it out.  I will never work on my bike without beers again.

The throttle bodies had poped out. All I had to do was place them back in and tighten two screws.
