Thanks Tiff for setting up a fun evening...and thanks to CCS for making the night possible. Congrats to all the winners. It was great meeting up with everyone....looking forward to seeing you all @ Summit.
come on spring! ;D
April is a lil chilly for me to be @ Summit... ;D
I'll second the compliments to CCS for making the evening possible and I thought it was a big hit... ;D
Yes I second ..um or third that sentiment! Thank you to CCS for a great time and Tiff for organizing the shin-dig. It was good to see the faces of the paddock, there really is nothing comparable to road racing and the interaction of the racers/officials/cornerworkers amongst one another.
I played ice hockey for 26 years, 7 of them as a pro in Europe and was fortunate to meet many people from all over the world and have then a s teammates, but none of the long bus trips, playing cards, etc. compares to what I have experienced in my 2 years of road racing. The thrill of competition, together with the comeraderie of the racers is by far more fun then I ever had as a hockey player.
I look forward to seeing all in the 2005 season.
yeah it was a fun time but broke my wallet with the cost of the booze! after seeing the hot tub I wished we stayed overnight but oh well.
Tiff - I totally forgot to give you my license form while I was there. must've been said booze! Its in the mail...
Yeah, I think I could have bought a set of tires with the money Annette and I spent on drinks :o :P
Hope Dan Dougherty got his cooler back, lol!
