Has anyone heard any opinions of the new layout from anyone that has tested on it?

I heard first hand that the infield is REALLY tight that you'll hit 1st gear on both a 600 or 1000.  Recommendation was to go 1-2 TALLER than you normally would at Daytona to allow for easier 1st gear use while not tapping out on rpms for the banking

Quote1st gear? where

The new infield sections.  Its not just the west horseshoe backwards, its a new piece of pavement inside that area with a tighter radius, thus slower and tighter
