Title: Daytona Entry Fees
Post by: WebCrush on January 15, 2005, 04:58:20 PM
Does anyone have the actual breakdown on what the Daytona pre-entry costs are?  The flier we got says 130 for the first class, $55 for each additional.

What about GT's?  Those tend to be more and I can't imagine CCS ever charging less than normally.

What about F/USA classes, still $100 at daytona or more?

Did you get a flier for Daytone or was it part of the beginning of the year package?

So how do we preregister for Daytona if we don't have this flier? Is the schedule posted? Is the pre-entry form downloadable?

CCS is the greediest organization yet the hardest for you to give money to.

Under the forms tab there are links for just about everything you could want.

Here is link to Pre-Entry form.

http://www.formulausa.com/forms/05%20CCS%20FUSA%20Pre%20Entry%20Form

DAYTONA CCS races first race 130 includes gate then each additional is 55 regardless of purse/non purse class.

Team challenge 175 per team (if you want to do it solo then send a note requesting it, it is under review)

FUSA races $100 per race does not include gate fee

Team Owner Program $600 for first bike includes first choice on number, early registration/move in (where available) and two gate passes for each FUSA race, $300 for each additional bike

Thank you. I was looking under the schedule and the only thing there was the south east banquet.

So what is the schedule like? Thursday practice, Friday team challenge, then Sat and Sun the twin sprints?

Adam, when you needed help with a certain number situation, I helped you.  I'm surprised and a little shocked to hear what you really think of CCS. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

yes Tiff-but when I forget something at tech, I make sure next time it doesn't happen again.

CCS, on the other hand, doesn't seem to ever learn from its mistakes.

you did help me and i thanked you, but one incident does not grant permenant immunity from future issues.

I'm sorry you feel this way, I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in my opinion on the state of the 'union'.

It is not a twin sprint FUSA races with some CCS races on Sunday, Sat FUSA qualifying with most CCS sprints.

OK ok OK I understand that their is a Team Hammer day (already registered)on the 2nd, practice on the 4th, races on the 5th & 6th, but is there a LP trackday on the 1st and do we pre-register for that on the basic form? How come we can't pre-register for Daytona online but can for the other races?  ??? ??? ???

Yes you can preregister with the the standard pre entry form.

Don't know why you can't do it online just send/fax the preentry form in.

Team Hammer does the practice day. For insurance and other reasons it falls under the LP sportrider banner for FUSA rounds but you must contact Team Hammer to preenter, do it quick I would expect it to fill up.

Hey Eric I am looking at the tentative schedule(the one we received in the mail) and I see that there is an LPUSA Team Privateer trackday on the 1st and on the Team Hammer website they have their trackday on the 2nd. Are these two separate days or is it just a screw up?

It is one in the same practice day. Sign up with Team Hammer. there is a date issue have not seen a calendar just know from Big Mac that Team Hammer is listed as a LP SR day like MCRA or other track day groups.

I guess the schedule for daytona is going to be the same as every other FUSA weekend?  Does this mean that team challenge will only be an 1 hour long then?
