Hey guys, not trying to burst a bubble, but our friends at RRW would really rather you post a link to their website and the story rather than you cut and paste it here.  It is considered plagerism (?), and it's not cool.

If he posts where it came from and who wrote it, then it's not plagiarism.  Though I don't see that in this article.  :P

I just had to go through this and there are many rules that sway towards plagairism. It all depends on what you are writing for (educational or commercial), how much you use, how you use it, and how well you use references.

On the scale, I'd say this leans towards plagairism, because he did not quote or reference at all and used a lot (if not all) of the article. If he just quoted a couple important sentences with his own remarks, he'd be okay.

Even paraphrasing is considered plagairism. There are some matrixes on the Internet that help decide where is fits on the scale.
