LRRS came up with "Ted Bucks" a few years back. It was money with Ted Goddard's picture on them. They were paid out in lieu of trophies to those who didn't want wood. They were legal tender for paying entries, fines and other track transactions. The funny thing about Ted Bucks was that since it actually was a legal tender, whenever there was a new batch printed, it was delivered to the track in an armored truck!
