... advocate alcohol, but I go so wound up that my in-laws were coming, I was getting pretty cranky.  I was up at 5:00 a.m. today getting things ready and by 9:00 a.m., I really needed a drink.  It's amazing how a whiskey and diet coke can take the edge off.

Well, I got the turkey done, the house cleaned, a doe that Paul shot for his parents quartered, everyone fed, the kitchen cleaned up, and helped cut and wrap the deer, and the kitchen cleaned up again.  With all this activity, I didn't even need to talk to my sister-in-law.   ;D  Don't get me wrong, I love her dearly, but we're just on total opposite ends of the spectrum regarding our personalities.

I hope every one enjoyed their Thanksgiving.

 I don't know you, other than from this board, but from that 1 post I know Paul is a very lucky man.
 PS: Edges are bad. I do my very best to stay edge free whenever possible.

Mom comes to the door with bloody hands with a paper towel in one hand (to open the door of course) and a large knife in the other.  Straight ahead is the kitchen table with covered with cutting boards and large chunks of meat.  Dad's at the head of the table, looking out of the tops of his eyes, judging the boy who has just come to the door.....

That's perfect.  I think I'm going to just make large hunks of meat and blood everywhere a fixture at my house when Bailey starts dating, which won't be untill she is 30 of course.  ;)

If you have girls, you don't potty train them...

Any time I had a girl friend in high school that pooped in my front seat, I usually took here home early...

Unless, well, maybe she had "huge tracts of land"...
