Title: Noob at the site saying Hi
Post by: BengalR1 on October 31, 2004, 04:05:33 PM
Hello everyone,

newbie here looking to get back into racing saying Hi. Next year will be my 1st time racing with CCS.

Couple of Qs: For superstock class, the rules indicates stock brake caliper must be used, but does not specify about the master cylinder. I assume that it is so.
Next Qs. is, does CCS enforce the yellow plate for AM racers or will a black plate with Yellow number work? (bodywork is already painted so...and would eliminate the need to repaint over the plate.)
Anyways, those are trivial issues really but sure does help to get it all together.

Thanks and see everyone on the track.
John

plates must be yellow for amatures

Cool,

and I agree, I currently run a Brembo 19x20 mc and wanted to run multiple class.  Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just run down to the paint store for some yellow....

Yellow duct tape works well also.

Yellow vinyl also works and can then be removed when you don't need it.  L-P has some...most dirtbike shops probably have it, too.

Thanks for the info guys, just hate working with the vinyl, was alot easier when I had someone else do it for me. :P

Does anyone know when the '05 schedule comes out?
