Hey All,
If I have a CCS license, can I ride/practice just on Saturday?
Thanks!
Yes 8)
On another note, I crashed yesterday at Gingerman :'(
I don't think I'll be able to get the necessay replacement parts in time. And making the time to do the repairs would be another hurdle. So, ole H. won't be participating on Sunday.
I'm contemplating being there anyway to assist or
corner work.

H-Man... what parts do you need for repair? I might be able to get you what you need fairly quickly. My brother has an F2 that is a parts bike. If he won't sell the stuff, I'm sure I can get it to you on loan so you can make it thru the races. Make a list and I'll make a phone call....
and there's plenty of time to make repairs. ;D

Bummer man. You alright?
Dan, I'll make a list (and check it twice :) ::)) tonight and ping it over to ya tonight. As far as time goes... man, you just don't know my life lately. Especially with the change of jobs. But there is that saying that I often say to myself and others, "There's always time for something you really want to do."
Eddie, thanks for askin' dude. I'm alright. I just bought these crappy take-offs from some guy. They must have failed on me. ;) Seriously though, it was an avoidable mistake in turn 1. I ended up lowsiding after going off the track (front went in a deep rut). I had quite a bit of pace when it happened. Must have looked pretty spectacular as the bike and I slid and rolled for 30'-40'.

Eddie -
Looks as though I'll be making up there on saturday evening most likely. Any pointers that will help me bridge this gap since this is my first CCS org race? Since I'll be running both places next year, thought I would get a leg up.
Don't ask me dood. This will be mine pretty much as well. :) We'll get through it together. ;)
Saturday is a LPUSA Sport Rider day. If you're a racer that registered and is racing on Sun, I think it's like $80-90 to run on Sat. You get 6 sessions.
What if I'm not registered for Sunday? I may or may not be able to. Can I still ride?
Yes, you can still ride on Sat, but I think it costs a few bucks more...
If you just want to run on Saturday for the LP Sport/street rider day it is $75 if you have a CCS license. This amount is the same if you are going to race on Sunday or night. If you do not have a CCS license and it is your first time doing the LP sport/street rider day then it would be $125 for the day. If you have done a street/sport rider day before the cost is $100.
Cool .. I've got a CCS license.
Thanks again for the info guys ..
Thanks for the scoop Amy ;D
