Title: VIR Sept 24-26 FAQs
Post by: TrophyGal on September 10, 2004, 05:29:39 PM
Dawn - could you make this a sticky until Sept 23?  Thanks!

I just heard from Jean Wilkins via email.

She asked:
"First of all, can you help us get the word out that there is an Open Practice on Friday Sept 24?"

"ALSO, can you help us get the word out that trailer drops will begin at 5:30 on Thurs Sept 23--no earlier--- and we will have camping Thurs night."

"Last but not least,  your gate pass sellers---- Will you be able to start selling on that Thursday evening?  and will you be open continuously after that?"

My answer to her was YES on all.

We'll begin selling armbands on Thursday at approx. 4pm and will continue all weekend round-the-clock.

It is VIR's practice day, and they handle the camping sales, so contact the track for more info on either of those subjects.

We will have early registration as soon as we can get it open on Friday evening.  Must wait for Corner Speed to finish in the classroom, get set up etc.  Hopefully it will start no later than 5:30pm and run until 7:30pm.  Tech should be open at the same time.

Per K. Elliott, this is Double Points for both Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Get your pre-entries in.  Deadline was extended to Monday, I believe.
