Has anyone else been waiting on receiving the race license cards in the mail. They have taken my money and I have raced in 2 weekends, but I have not received the card in the mail. I have called twice and got 2 different excuses.
Excuse 1 (about a month ago) - the printing machine was broken and I would recieve it in 2 weeks.
Excuse 2 (yesterday) - the only person that knew how to do it just quit and people are going away to receive training on how to print the cards.
I think this is unacceptable. If they can take my money, they can at least send me something to take part in racer's group practices and get discounts at the shops.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Being that the season is winding down I wouldn't doubt that you won't recieve 1 this season. :-/
I entered my 1st race in May and still have a temporary license ???

i think they are trying to tell YOU something....
My 1st race was May 1st. I still have my temp. Everyone I know in the Great Lakes region still only has temp.
To top it off CCS has only brought Transponders to 2 races this season.
Please tell me, What was the service I paid for again?
Uhh.. you paid for cornerworkers, organized races, trophies, race directors, point & championship systems, etc...
::)

ummm, a part of every entry fee goes toward the administrative cost. What everyone at CCS home office works for free? ::)
I would like you to sign up with a bank that doesn't send you bank statements and an ATM card because the machine that makes the card is broken or the person who makes the card has just quit...
::)
who says the license fees don't also?
I dont' know, I don't get the feeling that things are so clear cut over there. They do what they can't and a lot of times things don't get done. But they sure are nice people... I just hope they have more help

Yeah that would be fine but.... I am racing in the Great Lakes region, which is ran by Fasttrax. I had to buy a Fasttrax and CCS License, Everything is still being run by Fattrax in this region, points, cornerworkers everything is all set up by Fasttrax.
So again I ask, What was my CCS fee for? I don't get to use the Transponders, I haven't got a hard coppy of my license. But my wallet has gotten lighter!!
AAADDDRRRIANN!!! ;D
It's CCS...get over it.
You will be much happier if you just move on and stop upsetting yourself.

WERD!
But why would you have to buy both? Does Fastraxx not accept CCS licenses?
I never got my license either ... still have the little 'ol temporary paper license.
I received 2 nice new cards, one was right before the first race of the season, and the 2nd appeared about 2 months later... ;D
Yeah, you can have one of mine. I got 3 of the plastic license cards in the mail throughout the season. So did Zac. Guess they like the SW folks. ;D ;)
