Anyone know how I can get in contact with him? I've emailed him and left a couple voicemails asking about contingency, but haven't heard anything back.
Am I pursuing the right person? Has he been away from the office? Help. :)
I don't think he is the correct person. Tiffiney?
Ken has been out in San Fran working with all of the X-Games activities. I don't know where he is now, but I'm sure he's pretty busy to say the least.
X-Games? I don't know if that's where he was, but that's not a road race event... I may be wrong, I guess.
As far as contingency goes, it depends on the question. If you haven't gotten contingency, the best thing to do, and to do first, is to contact the manufacturer directly. Usually delays are due to their staff being buried under paperwork. After going that course, if you aren't listed on their results, etc, give us a call in Fort Worth.
Too bad the x games were in L.A.....
I just am trying to find out about CCS/Fasttrax contingency. I've been told that Fasttrax has sent in all the results, but no one has seen anything all season. I'd like to help in any way possible.
Okay, so I got the location wrong. When I talked to Ken after Mid-Ohio, he said he was going to the x-games. I don't know if he's been hiding out after the fact, but just passing on what he told me.
By the way, doesn't Ken work on more than just road racing?
Sean, I didn't mean that you weren't correct, I was just saying that I didn't know where he was. Being as it's not a roadrace event, I don't know anything about it. I think the X-Games have motorcycles, but I really have no idea. As far as I know, Kenny does marketing and promotions for roadrace only, but again, I've been gone a while so things could have changed. I know he's been working really hard and been very busy.
No problem kid. Glad to have you back. Are you and the young'n coming to the 8/28 BHF round?
So who can I talk to about contingency? :)
You should probably talk to Bob Stanley first. Then contact the sponsors next.
Talked to Bob Stanley .. he said he's forwarded all his results to CCS.
What's the next step?
Not to be a pain, but you might want to ask Bob exactly whom he sent the information to. There's only a few people that work in the office, so once you get the person's name, you can ask them what's their next step. If could be that the manufacturers themselves are the bottleneck.
