Title: places to watch races in raleigh

 ::)anybody know of any good places to watch races in raleigh/durham area?

If you're looking for a road course, I think VIR might be the closest to that area.

I've gone to Rudino's Rooftop, on Strickland (before I got dig. cable) and had them put it on the TVs.

I've got a dvr but that's the only thing good about the races coming on at 2 in the afternoon...speed channel has really gone down hill in the last year or so...

Try a place called "Woody's City Market"  - downtown next to Greenshields.

I was visiting Raleigh a few weeks ago and we happened to go in there.  The barkeeps ride track days and like to talk about racing, and they have lots-o-TVs (and cheap beers.)
