I would start with 15f and 46r.  Depending on how fast you are you might need to go to 15f and 45r. I was redlining before the first brake marker on the front straight and before the cork screw w/ the 15/46 once I started getting up to speed. But 15/46 should be a good starting point at least in the morning if you have never been there. And I also have a 01 gsxr 600 so that should put you close, have fun its a great track!

To cover a wide range of bikes, mods, and rider skill, how is gearing compared to Summit Point or VIR?  Higher, lower, or the same?

Dont know Ive never been to either of those tracks. Its a 3 ratio on a 600.  I talked to some others and they were running a 3 ratio also on different bikes so.  Go up 3 to 4 teeth in the back I would bet you would be close to where you want to be. Frankly it depends on how fast you are though. short straights and alot of elevation changes so tall gearing is out, a twin, especially a big twin would be fun as hell!
