Well, we had a great weekend at Laguna. Jesse rode well and I was really proud of him. He learned stuff from Brainerd and applied it at Laguna. Within his first 10 laps, Jesse was already doing 34's. During the race he clicked off some 31's and finished a solid 16th.
For people who want to know how to setup a bike, Jim Rashid at 4 & 6 has given me an education in racing. Jim computracked the bikes after Brainerd and we learned that the swingarm was tweaked on the bike Jesse crashed in turn 1. Jim straightened it and optimized both bikes so they were identical. Throughout the entire weekend, Jim didn't turn one click on the bike. The only change we made was a gearing change and the bike worked great. Heck at Brainerd, the only change we did all weekend was added 3 clicks of rebound and one gearing change.
So now we get ready for Mid Ohio. Jesse keeps improving every weekend and will get some tracktime on thursday during the endurance race. I may even strap a leg over the bike and do a few laps on thursday.
I'll keep everyone posted on whats happening. :-*

That would be cool to see the old man get back on the bike. ;D
...and Good job Jesse!
Thanks for the update Kevin....
Keep us posted.

We're rooting for you guys! :D

Oooooo :-[ Mental picture.. :o
Well, at least it's better than the image of Rosno strutting his stuff on the grid holding an umbrella.
